Under the unique brokerage model NCACCH provides eligible clients with access to over 530 Doctors across 75 NCACCH Approved General Practices in the NCACCH Service area. This enables you to choose a Doctor that is suitable and convenient to you in regards to accessibility, atmosphere, comfort, transport etc. We are continually recruiting Doctors into our scheme to effectively cater to our community members.
To access a NCACCH Approved General Practice, you will need to present your NCACCH Health Access Card (dark blue with eagle – pictured below) to the receptionist on arrival at your appointment.
Do you have the NCACCH Health Access Card pictured below?
If you haven’t got the current Health Access Card, please contact NCACCH on 53469800 or one of our NCACCH Community Referrer’s to apply for a card. If you hold an expired card, please complete a Health Access Card Update Details Form.
