Under the unique brokerage model NCACCH provides eligible clients with access to over 520 Doctors across 64 NCACCH Approved General Practices in the NCACCH Service area. This enables you to choose a Doctor that is suitable and convenient to you in regards to accessibility, atmosphere, comfort, transport etc. We are continually recruiting Doctors into our scheme to effectively cater to our community members.
To access a NCACCH Approved General Practitioner, you will need to present your NCACCH Health Access Card (dark blue with eagle – pictured below) to the receptionist on arrival to your appointment. If you haven’t got the current Health Access Card, please contact NCACCH or one of our NCACCH Referrer’s to make an application. If your card has expired, you can download the Health Access Card Update Form here (please note this form is only for clients who have had a card previously, that has expired).
